  • Champion data and AI innovation: Identify opportunities to leverage data, automation, analytics, and AI to improve financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and decision-making.
  • Strengthen data foundations: Collaborate with Finance Technology and Data teams to improve data quality, integration, and accessibility to enable more reliable financial insights.
  • Influence senior leadership: Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, synthesize complex challenges into compelling recommendations, and drive alignment across teams.
Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Finance Transformation, with strong functional expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and business performance management.
  • Strong financial acumen, analytical capabilities, and structured problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Direct FP&A or Strategic Finance experience, preferably within a large-scale or high-growth technology company.
  • Experience leading the transformation of financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, or broader Finance operating processes.
  • Strong understanding of financial data structures, data flows, and their impact on financial processes and business insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage automation, advanced analytics, or AI to improve Finance processes and decision-making.
