We are seeking a Manager, FP&A to join our North America Finance team. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, North America, this role partners with senior business leaders to support financial planning, performance management and commercial decision making across Capability/s and/or Region. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of sports.

The successful candidate will be comfortable challenging and influencing stakeholders, translating financial data into clear, actionable business insight, and continually identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.  

As a strong team player, they will build trusted relationships across the business and help deliver meaningful commercial impact through high-quality financial support and decision-making.  

Key Responsibilities: 

Business Partnering & Planning  

  • Supporting the President, North America, facilitate executive leadership decision making by translating sophisticated financial analysis into actionable operational recommendations 
  • Collaborate across all levels of the organization by building strong cross-functional relationships and developing a deep understanding of Two Circles’ business model, including unit economics, product and market strategies, competitive landscape, and internal processes 
  • Respond to ad hoc analysis requests from senior stakeholders with speed and accuracy 

Performance Reporting & Insight  

  • Produce timely management reporting and performance analysis against budget, forecast and prior year.  
  • Perform detailed margin analysis on revenue across multiple views to identify trends and the underlying drivers of profitability 
  • Partner closely with Resourcing Manager to cross reference resourcing with revenue data to assess utilization, capacity and true client and account-level profitability 

Systems & Continuous Improvement  

  • Champion improvements to financial systems and planning tools (e.g., Planful) to enhance reporting, forecasting and decision support.  
  • Drive process improvements through automation, AI, and data-led solutions to increase efficiency and insight.  

Collaboration & Leadership  

  • Build strong relationships across Finance and the wider business, acting as a trusted commercial partner.  
  • Contribute to Finance's continuous improvement agenda, sharing best practices and supporting the development of a high-performing finance function.  

An ideal candidate has: 

  • 6-10 years’ relevant experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or a related field 
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.  
  • Proficiency with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Planful (preferred) 
  • A genuine appetite to automate manual processes and improve how data flows into reporting, rather than just producing the reporting itself 
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and take ownership 
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for applying AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT/Claude) to finance work — speeding up analysis, building self-service reporting, or improving data quality 
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to dig into detailed data and translate it into clear, decision-useful insight 
  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable operating autonomously; able to manage own workload, prioritize, and know when to escalate 
  • Confident communicator, able to work with and present to senior stakeholders 

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of Two Circles. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
