Position Summary

IPG Mediabrands is a leading global media network seeking a motivated, curious, and proactive Manager, Growth to support our global business development efforts. Reporting to the Associate Director of Growth, you’ll play a critical role in driving new business, supporting key pitch opportunities, and contributing to market research and proposal development across regions.

We’re looking for someone with a comprehensive understanding of the media and marketing landscape, asks thoughtful questions, listens actively, and is driven by collaboration and curiosity. This is an ideal role for someone is eager to grow and make an impact on agency growth.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist with New Business Pitches and RFPs
  • Support the development of pitch materials and RFP responses with clarity, creativity, and strategic insight.
  • Organize timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Bring research, fresh thinking, and initiative to inform proposals and presentations.
  1. Support Growth Across Markets and Clients
  • Identify potential opportunities within new and existing accounts with a strategic lens.
  • Track and report on progress across key growth initiatives globally.
  1. Conduct Market and Competitive Research
  • Research prospective clients, category trends, and competitive activity.
  • Help prepare summaries and insights to inform new business strategy.
  • Stay updated on emerging industry themes (e.g., AI, commerce media, privacy).
  1. Foster Collaboration and Coordination
  • Act as an active listener connector between teams to keep pitch work organized and on trac
  • Maintain shared folders, trackers, meeting notes, and timelines to ensure organization and alignment.
  • Schedule and support team meetings, status updates, and follow-ups. 
  1. Assist with Communications and Materials
  • Help create compelling, clear, and visually polished presentations and documents that bring our agency story to life.
  • Support internal reporting, including pipeline updates and opportunity trackers. 
  • Collaborate effectively across all levels of seniority with professionalism and authenticity.

Who You Are

You are a driven, curious, and resourceful individual with 3–6 years of experience in media, marketing, business development, or consulting. You thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving problems, and are eager to contribute to a team’s success through flawless execution and fresh thinking.

You are inquisitive, have a team-first mindset and work well across all levels of seniority and geographies. You understand that growth work doesn’t always follow a routine schedule and are ready to step in when needed.

You’re naturally organized and process-driven, excited by the challenge of working with a team to manage multiple priorities and timelines. You take ownership of projects, can coordinate between multiple stakeholders, and can adapt to different situations and challenges.

The salary range for this position is posted below.  Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
