Who We Are

GeistM is a global full-funnel performance marketing company revolutionizing customer acquisition for brands worldwide. We specialize in scaling profitable, content-driven advertising campaigns across leading platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, X, Taboola, Pinterest, Reddit, and more. Our teams blend creativity, data, and experimentation to drive measurable growth for category-leading brands.

About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Growth Team. In this role, you will own the strategy, execution, and performance of a portfolio of client accounts across paid social, native, and search channels. You’ll lead account-level decision-making, guide campaign execution, and manage junior team members while working closely with Creative and Content partners to drive scale.

This role is ideal for a performance marketer who is highly organized, data-driven, and confident leading both client relationships and internal account teams.

What You’ll Do

Account Strategy & Performance Ownership

  • Own end-to-end account strategy for assigned clients, including planning, execution, optimization, and scaling across paid social, native, and search channels.
  • Guide account strategy and effectively delegate tasks across account teams to maximize net revenue and performance.
  • Confidently pitch new networks, expansion initiatives, and test budgets to unlock incremental scale.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to optimize all layers of the GeistM funnel, from creative and targeting to landing pages and conversion flow.
  • Maintain accountability for campaign execution, including client approvals and timely delivery of action items.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting

  • Own account budgets, pacing, and net revenue projections across all networks.
  • Optimize ads efficiently and adjust budgets to achieve strong CPA, ROAS, and scale targets.
  • Edit, approve, and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly client-facing reports and action plans.
  • Determine deck structure, data narratives, and insights for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and lead QBR discussions with clients.

Client Leadership & Communication

  • Lead all internal and external efforts for assigned accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Oversee and lead client calls, build strong relationships, and maintain timely, transparent communication.
  • Lead new client kick-off calls and guide the launch process, including developing launch plans and timelines.
  • Foster trust and rapport with clients while setting clear expectations around performance and execution.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage and support 1+ direct reports, providing guidance, feedback, and development support.
  • Share best practices, industry insights, and performance learnings within your vertical to elevate team performance.
  • Work cross-functionally with Creative and Content teams to align strategy and execution.
  • Actively participate in meetings, and broader team initiatives.

Testing, Optimization & Innovation

  • Lead data-driven testing initiatives using structured A/B frameworks to generate repeatable learnings.
  • Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and new growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with network and platform partners.

What You Should Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in performance or growth marketing, managing paid social, native, and search campaigns.
  • Experience owning account strategy, budgets, and performance outcomes.
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence leading client conversations.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) is a plus.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Collaborative, high-performing team with a strong culture of learning and experimentation.
  • Flexible hybrid work structure with one required in-office day per week.
  • Clear opportunities for growth and leadership development.
  • Exposure to global clients and diverse industry verticals.
  • A fast-paced environment with meaningful technical and business challenges to solve.
