About The Position | Major Goals and Objectives and Location Requirements:
We are seeking a highly motivated Manager, GTM Solutions, D/Cipher to support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies across our D/Cipher advertising portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, helping translate complex ad tech solutions into clear, compelling narratives that drive adoption, revenue, and customer understanding. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in product marketing, digital media strategy, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration, with a passion for storytelling and digital media innovation.
This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.
About The Position’s Contributions: Weight % Accountabilities, Actions, and Expected Measurable Results:
30% Sales Enablement & Collateral Development: Create impactful sales materials (one-sheets, decks, tentpole activations, case studies) that simplify complex concepts and empower sales teams to effectively communicate value to clients.
30% Go To Market Execution: Support the launch and ongoing marketing of advertising products, including self-service platforms and audience-based solutions, driving adoption and revenue growth. Develop clear, differentiated positioning for ad tech solutions using competitive research, market insights, and customer feedback. Contribute to integrated marketing efforts including website content, social content, email campaigns, video, and SEO to support product visibility and growth.
20% Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, marketing, and creative teams to ensure alignment and consistency across messaging, branding, and campaign execution.
20% Performance Analysis & Strategy: Analyze campaign performance, post-campaign recaps, and marketing analytics to measure effectiveness and inform case studies and future strategies.
About The Team | The Team and/or Brand:
D/Cipher is People Inc.’s in-house media platform and activation team, fueled by the rich user engagement data of People Inc., the nation’s largest publisher. D/Cipher helps advertisers make informed media buying decisions on and off People Inc. content.
The Role’s Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
2–5 years of experience in product marketing, ad sales marketing, or digital media
Specific Knowledge, Skills, Certifications and Abilities:
Experience supporting go-to-market efforts for advertising or ad tech products
Strong understanding of digital advertising, including programmatic and audience-based solutions
Proven ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging messaging
Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams
Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions and measure success
Excellent communication, organization, and storytelling skills
Exposure to self-service advertising platforms or SMB-focused solutions
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, or marketing automation platforms
Experience supporting multi-channel campaigns (web, email, video, SEO)
Approximate Travel Requirement: <10%

Pay Range
Salary: New York: $105,000.00 - $125,000.00The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of People Inc's total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
