We are seeking a talented and experienced Manager, HR Integrations to join the HR Integration team within the Human Resources (HR) department. They’ll partner closely with the Corporate Development team, internal stakeholders, and seller’s leadership to guide employees through transition with positive employee experience, as well as ensure compliance, consistency, and timely execution.

This position reports to the HR Integrations Lead and is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds trust quickly, and balances operational execution with a strong focus on employee experience and change management.

Responsibilities are, but not limited to:

Integration Execution & Due Diligence

  • Execute the workplan for all acquisitions, from due diligence through full integration, with oversight from HR Integrations Lead.
  • Conduct HR due diligence reviews, including but not limited to workforce data, compensation, policies, benefits, and compliance considerations.
  • Partner with Corporate Development and internal stakeholders to align integration activities to integration deal timelines.
  • Identify, assess, and escalate complex or high-risk employee and compliance issues as appropriate.

Employee Experience and Change Management

  • Serve as a point of contact for sellers and employees, as well as provide support, guidance, and clarity throughout the integration process.
  • Facilitate the employee transition experience, as well as ensure employees feel supported, informed, and connected during all phases of integration.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop clear, consistent, and timely employee communications.
  • Anticipate employee relations, engagement, and retention risks, as well as recommend and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Support leaders in addressing employee concerns, navigating change, and reinforcing firm culture and values.

HR Program & Process Integration

  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and HR Business Partners (HRBP) to map, implement, and transition benefits, payroll, HRIS, talent, and compliance processes.
  • Ensure consistent application of firm policies and practices, as well as respect legacy considerations where appropriate.
  • Apply employment law knowledge to drive compliant and equitable integration outcomes.

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage multiple integrations simultaneously, as well as shift priorities quickly as integration deal activity evolves.
  • Build trusted relationships with acquired firm leadership and internal business partners.
  • Balance partnership, influence, and execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of integration plans aligned to integration deal timelines.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate must:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in a progressive HR environment.
  • Have experience in HR capacity in M&A transactions.
  • Possess strong HR generalist foundation with working knowledge of employment law.
  • Have experience managing complex projects or change initiatives.
  • Can build rapport and credibility quickly.
  • Possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Can travel for integration deals, approximately 25-50%, with some weekend travel.
  • Systems and software used include Microsoft Office (heavy usage of Excel), Paycom, DataSite, Smartsheet, and AssureSign.
