  • Navigate ambiguity and internal complexity to unblock growth opportunities, managing trade-offs between short-term targets and long-term partner health.
  • Own your team’s regional performance by inspecting pipeline health and dashboards, course-correcting quickly when shifting priorities create pressure points.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to influence solutions that scale and remove blockers for our merchants.
  • Drive the adoption of new products and marketing tools across your territory, making fast, thoughtful decisions even when information is imperfect.
  • Manage a complex portfolio with discipline and urgency, ensuring your team remains resilient through tough negotiations and evolving workflows.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Sales.
  • 1+ year of experience in a people management or team lead role.
