Manager, Influencer Marketing - New York City (Hybrid)
Job Overview
The Manager, Influencer Marketing will lead the development and execution of influencer and creator strategies across Marquee Brands’ portfolio of Fashion & Lifestyle brands. This role will be responsible for building and managing a strategic creator ecosystem, developing paid and earned influencer programs and translating brand priorities into culturally relevant campaigns that expand awareness, engagement and consideration.
Working cross-functionally with PR, Brand Marketing, Creative, Social, E-Commerce, Merchandising and external partners, the Manager will oversee always-on and tentpole influencer initiatives supporting product launches, seasonal campaigns, events and key brand moments. The role will manage creator relationships, campaign strategy and execution, budgets, contracts, content approvals and performance reporting while identifying new opportunities across influencer, affiliate and social commerce.
The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution, understands the evolving creator landscape and can manage multiple brands, campaigns and priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Strategy & Campaign Development
- Lead influencer marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with brand objectives, seasonal priorities and go-to-market plans
- Develop paid, earned, affiliate and experiential creator programs across always-on and tentpole initiatives
- Translate brand strategy into compelling creator briefs, talent recommendations and activation plans
- Identify emerging creators, platforms and partnership opportunities that expand awareness and introduce brands to new audiences
Creator Partnerships & Campaign Management
- Build and manage relationships with creators, tastemakers and cultural voices aligned with each brand's positioning and target consumer
- Lead influencer campaigns from concept through execution, including talent selection, negotiations, contracting, content development, approvals and reporting
- Oversee paid partnerships and strategic product seeding programs across multiple brands and initiatives
- Ensure creator content and partnerships reflect brand standards, campaign objectives and agreed deliverables
Integrated Marketing & Innovation
- Partner with PR, Social, Paid Media and Brand Marketing teams to integrate influencer activity across broader marketing strategies
- Identify opportunities to extend high-performing creator content across earned, owned and paid channels
- Evaluate affiliate, social commerce and emerging creator opportunities based on brand and business objectives
- Stay ahead of shifts in creator culture, platforms, consumer behavior and content trends, bringing forward proactive recommendations for the portfolio
Measurement & Optimization
- Establish campaign KPIs and evaluate performance across creators, platforms, content and investment
- Translate campaign results into clear insights, executive-ready reporting and recommendations that strengthen future strategy
- Develop benchmarks and apply campaign learnings to continuously improve creator selection, content strategy and investment decisions
Budget, Operations & Partner Management
- Manage influencer marketing budgets and investments across talent, seeding, agencies and campaign activity
- Oversee influencer agencies, talent partners and vendors, ensuring strong execution against agreed objectives, timelines and deliverables
- Maintain effective influencer seeding, product and creator management processes across the portfolio
- Partner with Legal and internal stakeholders to ensure influencer agreements and usage rights support campaign requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media, PR or integrated marketing, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, beauty, retail or consumer brands
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing both paid and earned influencer campaigns
- Strong understanding of the creator landscape across platforms including Instagram, TikTok and emerging social channels
- Experience identifying, vetting, negotiating with and managing influencers, creators and talent representatives
- Understanding of influencer contracts, content usage rights, exclusivity, paid amplification and disclosure requirements
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing measurement with the ability to analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable recommendations
- Experience managing influencer marketing budgets, campaign costs and invoice reconciliation
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Salary $70,000-$80,000 + bonus
