Job Description:

This role is central to our influencer team, playing a part in developing strategy and having overall responsibility for program delivery from the time strategy is approved to reporting. It requires strong project management experience while ensuring client goals are met every step of the way. It provides the opportunity to build relationships with both influencers and clients, all in a supportive, people-first environment on a team with ample growth opportunities.  

  

Key Accountabilities 

  • Supporting the Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing with the development of influencer strategies across multiple clients and categories 

  • Owning the creation, delivery, and presentation of influencer partner recommendations and campaign briefs and messaging.  

  • Assisting with project impact forecasting.  

  • Working directly with influencer partners to deliver quality content on time that drives results for our clients.  

  • Developing project timelines and ensuring clear communication to internal team and influencers.  

  • Being an expert at influencer negotiations to ensure we are entering financially sound partnerships with creators.  

  • Supporting the Associate Manager, Influencer Marketing with influencer communications and contracting with talent and their representatives. 

  • Tracking campaign progress and reporting back to your people leader and clients. 

  • Managing influencer out of pocket budgets and reporting back to your people leaders to support the team’s overall financial goals.  

  • Overseeing influencer invoicing & billing processes.  

  • Supporting client goals and success by ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of all contracted content.  

  • Making recommendations for campaign content and optimization throughout projects. 

  • Assisting with data analysis and presenting campaign results to clients. 

  • Managing campaigns in the Creator IQ platform. 

  • Applying best practices and required client and FTC guidelines to ensure compliance. 

  • Acting as a lens of overall quality control for all client-facing deliverables. 

  • Participating in new business pitches upon request.  

 

Person Specification 

  • 2-4 years’ minimum applicable experience. Agency experience is preferred.  

  • Strong project management abilities and skills. 

  • Solution-oriented. 

  • Prior experience with influencer management platforms such as Creator IQ, Captiv8, or similar.  

  • Prior experience working directly with both clients and an internal, cross-functional team.  

  • Skilled with programs like PowerPoint, Word and Excel.  

  • Experience or interest in managing junior team members.  

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  

  • Ability to organize and prioritize large amounts of information and multiple campaigns at the same time.  

  • Strong attention to detail and a belief in personal accountability.  

  • A team and people-focused attitude.  

  • An eagerness to learn from others within all levels of the organization.   

  • Comfort in a remote working environment.  

  • Ability to be self-sufficient while being reliable throughout the day through various communication channels.  

  • Open to coming into the office in select locations, if proximity allows.

Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office. 

 

The annual salary range for this position is $51,000 - $75,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
