Job Description

We are looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager with 5-8 years of client or account management experience who is looking to work and learn in a dynamic environment.

The Integrated Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing plans to drive revenue for ancillary businesses within the Equinox Fitness and Sports clubs including, Group Fitness, Personal Training, The Spa, Pilates and Brand Partners. They will work cross-functionally within Equinox Marketing teams as well as Creative Operations to create cohesive marketing plans, ensuring proper channels are leveraged and overseeing workflow between creative and key stakeholders for necessary approvals.

The Integrated Marketing Manager serves as a strategic guide and project manager for the Marketing team, stewarding the development of communications assets and plans that are built to enhance the member experience and drive new business across all Equinox channels. This position works closely with all marketing stakeholders to develop briefs and creative tactics/executions that meet the brand's marketing objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the development of integrated marketing plans for the Equinox brand including Group Fitness, Spa, Personal Training, Pilates and Partnerships, that deliver on enhancing the member experience and financial goals of the business.
  • Support the Brand Marketing Team on core initiatives including brief writing, project management, creative development, campaign execution, competitive analysis, and data reporting.
  • Collaborate with peer groups across functions - social media, member marketing, CRM, and public relations - to build relationships and execute integrated marketing programs.
  • Support on end-to-end management of annual Brand Campaign, including owning and building timelines, rollout, calendarization, and handoff of all deliverables to teams.
  • Work closely with Creative Operations team to ensure activation plans, execution timelines, and deliverables are clear, remain on-track and align with the business goals.
  • Oversee marketing requests in response to on-going needs of the business, which may include emails to drive referrals, pilot tests of new products or services and retention programs.
  • Keep a consistent pulse on the cultural landscape – what is new and next – and actively explore how we can carve out white space for our businesses.
  • Support the execution of any relevant brand partnerships to increase brand awareness and reinforce marketing objectives.
  • Manage the tracking and reporting of monthly business results that are connected to marketing efforts for these businesses.

 

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of marketing experience with a leading lifestyle, consumer brand or creative agency. Luxury services marketing is a plus.
  • Must have experience working on brands with primarily digital marketing channels preferably email, app and social.
  • Excellent project management, organization, communication and writing skills.
  • Strong storytelling and interpersonal communication skills, and a keen understanding of how to craft and evolve narratives.
  • Ability to lead multiple assignments and priorities independently while communicating and collaborating effectively with a variety of partners.
  • Team oriented, puts organization first and partners well with others to achieve goals
  • Passion for fitness a major plus.

Pay Transparency: Min $100K - Max $115K
