ADA is the independent distribution and label services arm of Warner Music Group, breaking brand new artists and supporting industry legends. We bring the full passion and power of our people to every engagement, magnifying artists’ impact and helping them build the career of their dreams.

ADA’s Marketing & Label Services team is the heartbeat of its Label Services offering, partnering directly with artists, managers, and labels -- as well as cross-functional ADA and Warner teams. The Marketing & Services team works collaboratively with ADA’s distributed label & artist partners through expert recommendations and end to end global campaign builds and implementation. The team works closely with our label partners and artists to support their campaigns and grow audiences across their business including social, streaming, CRM, and beyond. We are both creative cultural experts and meticulous digital operators, driven by a passion to optimize, innovate, educate, and empower in harmony with our indie partners.

Your role:

ADA or equivalent experience is seeking a strategic marketer. The candidate should have expertise in digital and traditional marketing strategy. This role is for Marketing and Label Services Lead. In this role, the Manager of Marketing and Label Solutions develops and leads all aspects of innovative marketing campaigns. These campaigns serve a diverse roster of independent artists and distributed label clients. This role sits at the intersection of creative storytelling and data-driven growth. You will collaborate with our distributed label teams, and internal team of experts to build cultural moments, maximize streaming consumption, and grow global fanbases. The position will manage a roster of projects and support our core distributed label partners. It will help amplify their promotional efforts and develop strategies to grow our business. The Marketing and Label Coordination Manager will be both creatively-minded and skilled with data, serving as experts in industry standards digital marketing music.

Here you’ll get to:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead and collaborate on creative digital rollout campaigns for ADA label partners to drive music streams, video views, user-generated content (UGC), and overall fan acquisition.

  • Artist Branding: Partner with artists and labels to build compelling social narratives and content strategies that elevate their brands and spark cultural conversation.

  • Paid Media Strategy: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media budgets and digital advertising campaigns across social and streaming platforms to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and target key audiences.

  • Budget & Vendor Management: Craft, commission, and manage budgets for Label Services releases across content creation, influencer marketing, AR, and custom web development.

  • Marketing Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with digital platforms, third-party marketing agencies, content creators, and influencers.

  • Data & Analytics: Monitor campaign performance in real-time, track short-form UGC trends, and deliver post-mortem analyses to measure effectiveness and optimize streaming consumption.

  • Community & Platform Optimization: Oversee the development and growth of artist communities and digital properties across YouTube, TikTok, Meta, Discord, microsites & more.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with internal Commerce, Label Management, Publicity, and Sync teams to build cohesive, synchronized marketing campaigns.

  • Industry Expertise: Maintain expert knowledge of social platforms, product updates, and emerging digital tools to define and achieve audience growth goals.

  • ADA Brand Presence: Conceive and manage the strategy and execution for ADA’s own branded social media accounts.

  • Ad-Hoc Support: Provide general department support and assist with broader company initiatives, cross-functional tasks, and special projects as needed.

About you:

  • Experience: 3+ years in music industry digital/social marketing, with a consistent track record in paid media, viral marketing, and managing an artist roster with multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of interactive technologies, website/CRM (Email/SMS) strategy, and major social platforms including TikTok, Meta (FB/IG/WhatsApp/Threads), YouTube, Discord, Snapchat, X, Pinterest, and Twitch.

  • Trend Savvy: Passionate about fan-focused digital strategies with a strong pulse on cultural and social trends, particularly among Gen Z and Gen Alpha consumers.

  • Data & Strategy: Strong background in accomplishing day-to-day digital strategies, with the ability to analyze data, extract insights, and communicate trends effectively.

  • Execution & Approach: An outgoing, collaborative problem solver who excels under tight deadlines, moves projects forward with limited assets, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.

  • Communication Skills: Outstanding organizational skills, confident leading team and client meetings, and a strong vision for social media content strategy.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

We’d love it if you also had:

  • Hands-on digital advertising experience

  • Agency experience

  • Experience running or developing online fan accounts for artists to generate UGC. 

  • Interest or experience in gaming and streamers

  • Graphic design (eg. Canva, Photoshop) and video editing skills (eg. FinalCut, Capcut)

  • Familiarity with file sharing applications, rippers, converters, encoders, etc

  • Experience using project management software (eg Airtable or Asana)

This position requires a minimum of 4 days per week in the office. We value in-office collaboration, which is essential for talent development and strong working relationships. #LI-Onsite Salary Range: $75,000 to $90,000 Annually Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
