Agency Management• Serve as a day-to-day contact for media agency partners.• Review media plans, campaign recommendations, and performance reports.• Help ensure agency deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned to business objectives.• Monitor campaign pacing, optimization recommendations, and budget management.
Measurement & Reporting• Assist in developing campaign measurement plans.• Monitor campaign performance against media and marketing KPIs.• Prepare executive-ready performance summaries and dashboards.• Identify trends and recommend optimization opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration• Partner with Consumer Marketing, Global, Analytics, Finance, Procurement, and Creative teams.• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and track key action items.• Help ensure alignment across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Operational Excellence• Maintain campaign documentation, media calendars, and project trackers.• Support budget tracking and invoice reconciliation.• Help identify opportunities to improve team processes and ways of working.
