SALARY:  $125,600 - $149,150, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:  

This role is responsible for developing and executing Omnichannel strategies for On Premise Chain accounts. It involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams—including brand, trade, retail, e-commerce, media, and agency partners—to create tailored, omnichannel programs using tactics including in-store, digital and media as relevant. The role requires strong project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously, along with the ability to adapt priorities as needed. Budget management, performance analysis, and ROI assessment are key components, as is effectively communicating programming plans and results to internal stakeholders. 

JOB RESPONSBILITIES:

  • Create and develop omnichannel program strategy for On Prem Chains 

  • Lead briefs with media and omnichannel agency partners to communicate vision and objectives for retailer programming 

  • Collaborate and contribute to routines with brand, trade, retail and agency teams 

  • Leverage data and insights to build and tailor omnichannel programs 

  • Manage budgets and conduct post-program analysis 

  • Communicate programming to internal stakeholders 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • 4-5 years sales or marketing experience

  • Retail Sales Account Ownership experience

  • In-depth knowledge of chain account sales process and shopper marketing 

  • eCommerce/Digital Sales experience desired 

  • Strong communication, organization and time management skills 

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and internal system tools
