Manager, Paid Search & SocialRole Summary and Impact

As a Manager, Paid Search & Social, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, operational management, and execution of a client's paid search (SEM) and paid social marketing initiatives. You will manage and guide less expert team members while focusing increasingly on strategy development, performance optimization, and cross-channel integration for dedicated account(s).

Skills and Experience
  • Develop forecasts and media plans across Paid Search and Paid Social platforms.
  • Understand the client’s product, competitive landscape, and overall marketing objectives to define integrated search and social campaign strategies and deliverable plans.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, audience targeting, keyword management, bidding strategies, and creative testing across paid search (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising) and paid social platforms (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest).
  • Work closely with other internal departments to develop cohesive, fully integrated performance media campaigns.
  • Monitor, track, and evaluate cross-channel campaign performance analytics based on critical client metrics and attribution models.
  • Deliver monthly client reports detailing channel performance, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Think creatively and develop tools, automation scripts, and tactical frameworks to improve workflow and campaign efficiencies.
  • Actively contribute to business reviews, corporate initiatives, automation projects, process changes, and rollouts as well as new business efforts.
  • Create, or assist in creating, POVs, standard methodologies, channel playbooks, and key process documentation.
  • Oversee and mentor junior team members, guiding their professional development and managing day-to-day tactical execution.

Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
