Manager, Product Management, Commercial - T&E
The Commercial segment represents a $4.9T opportunity for the region, and the Commercial Platforms are key a differentiator to win and grow the Commercial business for Mastercard. The Smart Data platform is a key focus of overall commercial strategy and is integral to our success. The Product Manager will work directly with the regional lead T&E/B2B lead supporting Smart Data scaling in the region, execute on the strategy and oversee issuers onboarding to drive revenue.
The Product Manager will work directly with the regional lead T&E/B2B lead supporting Smart Data scaling in the region, execute on the strategy, oversee issuers onboarding to drive revenue. In addition, the Product Manager to ensure end-to-end quality of Smart Data features / enhancements at the regional level.
The role is responsible for: • Management of assigned custom client requests, issuers training and ad-hoc support for the Smart Data portal• Identify at risk processes and implementation to mitigate challenges and reduce time to revenue• Support development, execution, and delivery of product features into the market • Contract and billing management, product performance,• Track Smart Data KPIs and identify opportunities for growth

This role requires the successful candidate to: • Be a successful team player with experience in product management• Have a customer centric focus, and ability to manage internal and external stakeholders (clients, internal partners, 3rd party partners), etc. • Build relationships with global counterparts• Create a network of within Product, customer delivery and customer support • Develop deep knowledge of Mastercard Smart Data suite and the entire commercial transaction flow • Understand and translate customers' expectations and work with the account team to deliver

Experience: • Background preferred in one or more of the following: • Product management and development • Agile Development • Technology Development & Operations • Commercial products or commercial payments • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Strong ability to interact with, influence, and build consensus across a variety of internal business units, external partners, and service providers • Familiarity with PME framework • Undergraduate degree required. MBA preferred
