The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of media relations and PR experience within luxury, fashion, or high jewelry, and demonstrates exceptional editorial judgment, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to lead high-impact storytelling across print, digital, and social platforms.

In close partnership with cross-functional teams, including Events, Marketing, and Entertainment, the Public Relations Manager will shape and execute integrated PR moments, bespoke experiences, and press presentations that engage top-tier media, drive meaningful coverage, and elevate the brand’s presence across priority moments, including campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, retail initiatives and award season activations.

Ultimately, this role is responsible for deepening Tiffany & Co.’s brand desirability through authoritative storytelling, strong media relationships, and a refined understanding of craftsmanship and luxury positioning at the highest level.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute public relations programs aligned with the overall PR strategy and North America business goals. Specifically manage Tiffany representation across top print and digital outlets with a focus on DMR ranked outlets to promote key initiatives and moments

· Maintain accurate records and tracking of all secured and upcoming coverage

· Point of contact for all press queries and responsible for disseminating all press materials securing coverage both proactively and reactively.

· Generate positive publicity through print/digital editorial, broadcast, influencers, and media events Oversee broadcast and digital database, press grid management and reporting

· Collaborate in developing event concepts and press presentations that drive coverage

· Foster existing and develop new relationships with print/digital press, identify new outlets and media opportunities to support core business categories

· Leverage media buying opportunities and collaborate with media team on custom content and added value programs

· Oversee the annual internal inventory process and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance with audit teams

· Partner with the entertainment team on NA influencer programs and social media opportunities

· Lead logistics for all Blue Book/High Jewelry-related initiatives and oversee print and digital media coverage for the high jewelry collections

Qualifications:

· 8+ years of media relations/ PR experience with focus on luxury goods or jewelry

· Creative thinking, persuasive selling through good understanding of media relations

· Undergraduate college degree

· Non-traditional work hours including nights and weekends when necessary

· Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of the relationship between PR strategies and overall business objectives

· Good interpersonal skills and teamwork

· Ability to create a positive work environment

· Ability to manage and operate under tight deadlines

· Ability to manage budgets on multiple projects at once

· Some travel to key markets required

The hiring range for this position ranges from $140,000.00- $155,000.00. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience. Management roles are eligible for an annual bonus.
