About CGI Digital

CGI Digital is a full-service digital marketing company supporting local businesses to grow through good news, smart strategy and measurable results. We sell Edvertising, a proprietary platform that makes local businesses the trusted, credible authority in their market. Great sales teams are built, not born: through consistent coaching, clear systems and a culture that rewards growth. We're looking for the person who builds ours.

The Role

As our Corporate Sales Trainer, you'll make our sales team measurably stronger by producing and developing successful hires, cohort after cohort: turning new reps into top producers, keeping tenured reps sharp, and building a training system that scales without losing quality.

You'll own initial and ongoing sales training, from running each new class to coaching live, reviewing calls, tracking results, and shaping the overall HelloNation Sales Training Program collaboratively with leadership. This isn't a one-and-done workshop role. You'll stay with every cohort for 6–12 months after training and help scale our sales department and Salesforce program.

What You'll Do

Build and scale the sales team

  • Design and deliver initial training for every new-hire to cut ramp time
  • Build repeatable training programs, playbooks and systems that let us ramp more reps without losing quality
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to scale our Salesforce program so pipeline, training progress and performance drive coaching decisions
  • Ensure every rep masters our sales process, products and AEO positioning

Stay with every cohort for 6–12 months

  • Stay embedded with each sales rep after training: in sales meetings, call reviews and one-on-ones
  • Run ongoing training on prospecting, pipeline building, discovery, consultative selling, objection handling, closing and account growth
  • Give specific, actionable feedback on live and recorded calls

Prove it works

  • Validate readiness through assessments, role-plays, call reviews and performance data
  • Track ramp time, skill adoption, conversion and quota attainment by cohort
  • Report insights to Sales Leadership and refine training based on the numbers
  • Build and maintain playbooks, lesson plans and self-paced content

Lead the culture

  • Coach, mentor and partner with every rep
  • Set the standard for accountability, continuous improvement and growth
  • Raise the bar with proven best practices from outside
What Success Looks Like
  • New reps ramp faster and hit early targets
  • Each cohort shows measurable gains in conversion and quota attainment 6–12 months out
  • A scalable training program backed by Salesforce reporting that leadership relies on
  • A culture where coaching is constant and expected
Required Qualifications
  • Maintain firsthand selling credibility by periodically participating in live HelloNation sales opportunities, demonstrating discovery, presentation, objection handling and closing techniques for the team.
  • 3+ years of sales training, with measurable impact on ramp time, performance or retention
  • Experience scaling a sales department and a Salesforce program
  • Initial and ongoing training experience, including supporting reps 6–12 months past their cohort
  • A proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, with strong prospecting, pipeline and deal-progression skills
  • A background as a Sales Manager, Team Lead, enablement professional or adult-learning instructor

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong command of consultative and insight-based selling methodologies
  • Experience with SPIN, Challenger, Sandler or similar sales frameworks
  • Excellent facilitation and coaching skills, in person and virtually
  • Digital marketing experience selling, leading or training in digital marketing, advertising or media
  • Strong Salesforce reporting skills; familiarity with LMS and virtual training tools
Compensation & Benefits
  • Starting base salary: $75,000–$85,000
  • Eligibility for performance based bonuses
  • Benefits: Health, dental and vision insurance; 401(k); PTO and paid family leave; basic life insurance; employee wellness platform
