Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
The Agentic Excellence Manager (P2C Strategy & Innovation) will join a high-impact team accountable for driving strategic transformation, operational excellence, and AI innovation across Salesforce’s Prospect to Cash (P2C) ecosystem. This person will ideally be a strategic transformation leader who can identify business problems, turn them into AI opportunities, rapidly validate solutions, and build the case for enterprise scale.
Our P2C Agentic Excellence function ensures every AI tool and capability in the seller's ecosystem earns its place — governed for quality, discoverable by sellers, trustworthy wherever sellers encounter it, and scaled for impact. We define how Salesforce turns distributed agentic innovation into trusted, measurable P2C value at enterprise scale.
Responsibilities
This modernized role demands a blend of management consulting agility, analytical rigor, AI fluency, and strategic execution:

  • Strategic Consulting & Advisory: Act as a trusted strategic advisor to VP/SVP leadership. Bring a fresh perspective to complex operational challenges, shape multi year transformation strategies, and recommend bold, practical paths from opportunity to execution.
  • Business Analysis & Process Design: Analyze complex Prospect to Cash workflows to identify friction, simplify processes, define business requirements, and translate strategic priorities into actionable technical and operational solutions.
  • AI & Technology Innovation: Champion practical adoption of emerging AI technologies across the business. Identify high value opportunities to apply Agentforce, generative AI, intelligent automation, and agentic workflows to augment human capability, improve productivity, and redesign how work gets done.
  • GTM Innovation: Partner directly with GTM teams to uncover meaningful business problems and identify opportunities for AI driven innovation. Translate real world user needs into clearly defined use cases, apply frameworks such as Jobs to Be Done to understand the work being performed, and rapidly prototype potential solutions using low code, no code, and emerging AI technologies.
  • AI Governance: Help ensure AI capabilities are trusted, effective, and ready for enterprise use. Establish clear standards for quality, business relevance, responsible AI, and user experience, partnering with product, technology, security, and governance teams to evaluate new capabilities and determine when they are ready to progress toward broader adoption.
  • Experimentation, Rapid Innovation: Lead structured experimentation to turn promising ideas into validated solutions. Define hypotheses and success measures, develop and test prototypes with real users, capture evidence and learning, and use data to determine whether an innovation should be iterated, stopped, or advanced into broader product and engineering development.
  • Value Realization: Define how AI and transformation initiatives create measurable business value. Establish success metrics, quantify improvements in productivity, growth, seller experience or operational performance, and build evidence based business cases that demonstrate whether successful capabilities warrant broader investment and scale.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment & Change Leadership: Build strong alignment across diverse teams and senior stakeholders. Use compelling, data driven storytelling to create clarity, navigate competing priorities, manage organizational risk, and drive decisions across complex matrixed environments.
  • Operational Excellence: Bring structure, discipline, and repeatability to a fast moving innovation environment. Establish effective operating rhythms, prioritization practices, decision frameworks, and performance measures that help teams move quickly without sacrificing quality.

Requirements
This opportunity is tailored for an adaptable, forward-thinking leader who brings a consultative mindset, strong analytical skills, and a passion for AI-driven transformation.

  • 5+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives, business transformation, management consulting, or enterprise business analysis initiatives.
  • Domain Expertise: Experience in Prospect to Cash (P2C) business processes, sales operations, enterprise quote-to-cash workflows, or complex enterprise system implementations.
  • AI Tool Experience: Hands on experience using generative AI, agentic platforms, low code/no code tools, or AI assisted development environments
  • Business Analysis Capabilities: Demonstrated ability to evaluate complex business models, map and simplify intricate process workflows, write actionable business requirements, and use data to solve operational friction.
  • AI Fluency & Technical Curiosity: Active understanding of modern AI capabilities (e.g., generative AI, autonomous agents, workflow automation) and a track record of applying or championing emerging tech to drive operational efficiency.
  • Consultative & Problem-Solving Mindset: Solution-oriented with an innate ability to navigate ambiguity, translate executive vision into structured frameworks, and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Proven ability to define program goals/KPIs, leverage data to illustrate problem statements and business cases, and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Leadership & Influence: Outstanding communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and elevate team capabilities without formal direct-reporting authority.
  • Execution & Agility: Highly entrepreneurial, flexible, and innovative with a strong bias for action in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications (Pluses): Experience with Salesforce platform, AI Tools (Claude CoWork, ClaudeCode, Cursor, Codex, Agentforce), PMP, Agile/Scrum, or formal Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) certifications are a plus.
