Apartment Therapy Media (AT Media) is seeking a high-performing Brand Partnerships Seller to join our Commerce team and drive strategic partnerships across Apartment Therapy, The Kitchn, Dorm Therapy, and Cubby. In this role, you will identify, pitch, and close flat-fee affiliate partnerships with leading brands and retailers, while owning the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting through execution and reporting. The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship builder and revenue driver who thrives on closing deals and growing long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage strategies and tactics to drive commerce revenue across assigned accounts
  • Execute the pitch process and ensure brand alignment is considered and objectives are met
  • Grow and maintain relationships with active and prospective AT Media Commerce clients by entertaining, hosting meetings, and building long-term collaborations with key commerce partners
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline to track progress to quarterly goals
  • Manage the full sales and execution process and report back to clients
  • Liaise internally through the sales process, including IO creation, ad development, and posting and client reporting
  • Provide marketplace feedback on pricing and products to help guide AT Media Commerce offerings and sales strategy 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in digital sales and/or e-commerce
  • Knowledge of the affiliate space and commerce platforms
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience at a digital media company preferred 
  • Self-starter who will remain accountable
  • Enthusiasm and creativity to collaborate internally and externally
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Salary Range: $85,000 - 90,000 base annually + commission
The above represents the expected salary range for this role. Ultimately, compensation is determined by level of experience and other job-related factors.
