About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Manager of Social & Influencer Marketing to lead the development and execution of our social media presence and influencer partnerships. This role blends creative storytelling, performance marketing, and relationship management to grow brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.You’ll own our social channels end-to-end, while building and scaling an influencer program that delivers measurable impact. The ideal candidate is equal parts creative thinker, data-driven operator, and culture-savvy marketer.

The Manager, Integrated Marketing will report to the Senior Director, Integrated Marketing.

This role is based in NYC, and you will be expected in office 3 days a week, at minimum.

Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Assist Senior Director in comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand and business goals
  • Own content planning, editorial calendar, and publishing across key platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
  • Experience managing paid social media, including boosting content and executing campaigns on platforms such as TikTok and Instagram
  • Partner with creative teams to develop high-performing, platform-native content, with demonstrated expertise in video production required. Monitor trends, conversations, and cultural moments to keep the brand relevant and timely
  • Manage community engagement, including comments, DMs, and brand voice consistency

Influencer & Creator Marketing

  • Build and scale an influencer strategy across paid, earned, and owned channels
  • Identify, vet, and manage relationships with creators aligned to brand values and target audience
  • Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and compensation structures
  • Lead campaign execution from briefing to reporting
  • Track and optimize influencer performance (reach, engagement, conversions, EMV)

Analytics & Performance

  • Define KPIs and report on social and influencer performance
  • Use data to optimize campaigns, content, and channel strategy
  • Provide regular insights and recommendations to leadership

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with brand, product marketing, PR, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging
  • Support product launches, campaigns, and key business initiatives through social and influencer activations
  • Manage external agencies or freelancers as needed

Qualifications

  • 4–7+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital marketing
  • Proven track record of growing social channels and executing successful influencer campaigns
  • Deep understanding of major social platforms and emerging trends
  • Strong network of creators or experience building influencer programs
  • Experience with social analytics and influencer tools (e.g., Dash Hudson, CreatorIQ)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
  • Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making

What We Offer  

$95,000/yr - $100,000/yr. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This position is eligible for participation in a discretionary bonus plan based on individual and company performance.
