Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Project Portfolio Management: Oversee the planning, tracking, and execution of the Transformation Project portfolio; maintain dashboards, timelines, and progress reports for leadership visibility.  

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with leaders across Operations, Technology, Clinical Services, Finance, HR, and other departments to align on objectives, milestones, and resource needs. 

  • Implementation Support: Drive initiative-level execution — facilitating project meetings, resolving roadblocks, and ensuring accountability across teams.  

  • Performance & Reporting: Create and manage consistent reporting frameworks, KPIs, and success metrics for each strategic initiative. Provide regular updates to the VP and executive leadership. 

  • Process Optimization: Identify gaps and opportunities in existing workflows; propose and implement scalable processes that improve speed, quality, and efficiency of project delivery. 

  • Change Management: Support communication, training, and adoption plans associated with new initiatives, ensuring smooth organizational rollout and stakeholder engagement. 

  • Other: Other tasks as assigned 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in project or program management, strategic initiatives, or operations  
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.  
  • Proven track record of turning strategy into execution with measurable results.  
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar).  
  • Background in consulting, ideally within healthcare, technology, or a fast-growing organization, preferred 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration, preferred
