You will lead strategic customer relationships across the Health and Life Sciences Account Team Unit, helping organizations translate cloud, data, artificial intelligence, and Copilot capabilities into business transformation. You will bring together expertise and partners to support secure, governed solutions that scale across research, clinical development, manufacturing, supply chain, commercial operations, and productivity.

As the Managing Director, Life Sciences and MedTech, you will set go-to-market direction, build executive partnerships, and align teams around customer priorities and measurable value. You will help customers move from experimentation to trusted implementation while creating clarity, removing barriers, and enabling transformation across the value chain. Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic planning and execution across customer accounts, aligning teams, partners, and leaders around shared priorities, customer needs, and long-term value realization.
  • Build and sustain executive relationships with customers and partners, translating business priorities into scalable transformation opportunities and outcomes.
  • Guide teams in applying cloud, data, security, productivity, and artificial intelligence solutions to customer challenges while supporting responsible and secure adoption.
  • Establish go-to-market strategies that use industry and market insights to drive customer value, growth, and consumption across solution areas.
  • Model, coach, and develop teams through clear objectives, accountability, collaboration, and a culture of learning and inclusion.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics, or related field AND 7+ years experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics, or related field AND 8+ years experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years direct/formal people management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics, or related field AND 10+ years experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics, or related field AND 13+ years experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years experience leading teams and/or managers in a Sales organization.
  • 5+ years direct/formal people management experience.

Sales Management M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $158,400 - $243,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $202,000 - $267,000 per year.
