Manual Tester – Integrations of Banking Systems (Polish is Mandatory) (She/He/They)

THE ROLE
We are looking for a Manual Tester with experience in banking systems and integrations to support large-scale card issuing and payments transformation programmes. You will be responsible for validating integrations and data flows between the new card issuing platform and a wide range of banking systems, digital channels, and enterprise platforms.
Working closely with business, technology, and integration teams, you will execute end-to-end testing activities, validate messages and interfaces, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of critical business processes across the banking ecosystem.
Fluency in Polish is mandatory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute manual testing activities for integrations between the Vision platform and the Bank’s internal and external systems
- Validate data flows between card issuing systems, mobile and web applications, ESB/Omnichannel platforms, general ledger systems, and digital channels
- Verify files, interfaces, messages, APIs, and input/output data across assigned business process scopes
- Document test execution results, log and retest defects, and maintain testing evidence and traceability
- Support SIT, regression, and end-to-end testing activities in collaboration with business, development, and integration teams
SKILLS & EXPERIENCES TO GET THE JOB DONE:
- Experience performing integration or system testing within banking, cards, or payments environments
- Understanding of banking system integrations, enterprise applications, and end-to-end transaction flows
- Experience validating interfaces, APIs, files, messages, and data mappings
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail and quality assurance best practices
- Experience working with card issuing platforms or payment processing systems
- Knowledge of ESB, Omnichannel, middleware, or API integration technologies
- Exposure to mobile banking or digital channel testing
- Understanding of message formats such as ISO 8583, XML, JSON, or batch file processing
- ISTQB certification or equivalent testing qualification
IMPORTANT
- Fluent Polish (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Good command of English for documentation and collaboration
- Availability to work on-site, with partial remote work - 3 days per week from the office in Warsaw
