OUR ROLE 
VITA Brands, a division of Fiskars Group, stands at the forefront of premium lifestyle and design, renowned for blending rich tradition with modern innovation. As we continue to grow, we seek a dynamic Brand Manager to be instrumental in shaping the future of our brands in North America.  

Managing iconic brands such as Waterford, Wedgwood, Royal Doulton, and Royal Albert, you'll ensure these brands continue to resonate with consumers through timeless style and quality. The Brand Manager will be a key part of developing and implementing end-to-end market plans that align with global perspectives, focusing on innovative solutions to market challenges. Working closely with Wholesale customers, this role will play a crucial role in driving business growth and sustaining our market leadership, ensuring our brands remain vibrant and appealing in a dynamic marketplace. 

This role offers a hybrid work environment, with in-office collaboration on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and remote work on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. 

Salary Range of $120,000-$135,000 Annually. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO AT VITA BRANDS  
As a Brand Manager, you'll be at the heart of our marketing strategy, driving initiatives that enhance brand presence and deepen consumer connections. You'll shape how our brands are perceived, ensuring they resonate with both existing and new audiences. Your role will involve executing brand strategies that highlight our brands' unique heritage and relevance. You’ll work to elevate brand visibility across multiple platforms, leveraging both traditional and digital channels to maximize impact. You will strategically navigate market dynamics, ensuring our brands not only meet but anticipate consumer needs and trends. 
Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive annual brand plans, ensuring alignment with global strategies and local market needs. 

  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activities to craft strategies that enhance brand positioning and market share. 

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated and consistent brand messaging across all channels. 

  • Oversee local media strategies and manage PR activities to achieve impactful collaborations and media presence. 

  • Support product assortment planning to meet the unique demands of our local markets and align with global brand objectives. 

  • Develop high-quality materials and training content to support retail and wholesale partners, ensuring excellence in brand representation. 

  

WHO YOU ARE  
You are an experienced Brand Manager with the ability to inspire and motivate those around you. Your experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments allows you to effectively manage multiple brands and stakeholders with confidence. Combining strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach, you excel at navigating and innovating through new challenges and opportunities. 

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 

  • With over 5 years of experience in brand management within wholesale environments, preferably in large international organizations, you have a proven track record of delivering impactful results. 

  • Your ability to execute complex projects and devise strategic plans sets you apart as a leader who can navigate and anticipate market trends. 

  • Data-driven decision making is your forte, allowing you to analyze market data and consumer insights to craft compelling brand strategies. 

  • Your exceptional communication skills enable you to manage stakeholder relationships effectively, ensuring alignment and collaboration across all levels. 

  • You possess a creative vision that drives innovative marketing campaigns, enhancing brand identity and consumer engagement. 

  • Self-motivated and innovative, you are passionate about building brands that not only meet but exceed consumer expectations, driving measurable and sustainable growth.
