At Harvey, we’re transforming how legal and professional services operate. By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we’re reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come.

This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. We have strong product-market fit and world-class investor support. We’re scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched.

Our team moves fast, takes ownership, and is deeply committed to the mission — operating with intensity, staying close to our customers, and pushing each other for excellence. We live by three values: Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job's Not Finished. We act quickly on clear judgment over perfect information, we believe simplicity is what scales, and we're never satisfied with where we are. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who share that drive, we'd love to build with you.

At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we’re just getting started.

Role Overview

This role owns marketing, data and reporting, and GTM enablement for Harvey's global events, most notably FORUM, Harvey's conference series convening leaders from across the legal profession to explore how AI, new operating models, and shifting talent dynamics are reshaping how legal teams work. You will lead on how we get the right people in the room, keep them engaged before, during, and after the event, and partner closely with Sales and Customer Success on invite strategy, comms, and the tracking and systems that ensure FORUM drives real revenue impact for Harvey, all while building FORUM into a recognizable, always-on brand fixture rather than a one-off moment.

Success in this role comes from strong marketing execution, an eye for brand consistency, and the ability to work closely with Sales and Customer Success to make sure FORUM pays off commercially, not just as a brand moment.

What You'll Do
  • Own GTM enablement end to end: build the invite strategy, comms, and briefing materials that align Sales and Customer Success on how FORUM fits into account plans, before and after the event.

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success on account and prospect prioritization for invites, and ensure the team knows how to follow up after the event.

  • Own data and reporting for FORUM in Salesforce: attendance, ARR mix, and account engagement, used to inform invite strategy and to report FORUM's ROI back to Leadership.

  • Partner with the Marketing tech team to own registration end to end, and are accountable for registration pipeline and hitting attendance goals.

  • Collaborate with the core Content & Social team to build and manage the social calendar and coverage plan across lead-up, during, and post-event windows.

  • Collaborate with the Creative team to design swag, and manage swag selection and vendor management.

  • Own the shot list and content capture plan so the event fuels marketing for months afterward.

What You Have
  • 5+ years of experience in event marketing, marketing analytics, GTM enablement, or a related field, ideally with exposure to flagship or high-visibility conferences.

  • Direct experience building GTM or sales enablement materials, and comfort partnering with Sales and Customer Success on invite strategy and account-level comms.

  • Comfort pulling and analyzing customer and registration data to inform decisions and report on results.

  • Working fluency in Salesforce, including pulling account and customer reports independently.

  • Experience managing registration platforms for events.

  • Strong instincts for brand and social, with experience planning and executing coverage across a multi-week event window.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to run multiple concurrent workstreams without dropping details.

  • High ownership, professionalism, tact, and judgment, with the ability to operate under ambiguity.
