Job Description

Lumek Visuals is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our growing marketing team in New York.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a creative, fast-paced environment and wants to develop a strong foundation in marketing, campaign coordination, brand communication, and client-focused projects.

The Marketing Assistant will work closely with team members to help organize marketing initiatives, prepare campaign materials, coordinate projects, analyze results, and support the execution of strategies designed to strengthen our clients' brands.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
  • Support the coordination of marketing projects, presentations, and client materials
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Help prepare campaign reports and organize performance information
  • Maintain accurate marketing records, project documentation, and internal resources
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and client-facing teams
  • Assist with brand communication and promotional materials
  • Support event, campaign, and project logistics when required
  • Communicate professionally with clients, partners, and internal team members
  • Contribute ideas that improve campaign execution and overall marketing performance
