Paid Media Associate

About the Role:

Yieldstreet is seeking a dynamic Paid Media Associate to join our Acquisition Marketing/Growth Marketing team. In this role, you will help in the execution and strategy of how we use paid and organic media channels to drive new investor acquisition to the Yieldstreet platform. You'll be assisting in various paid channels (radio, podcasts, programmatic display, direct display, print, OOH, search, social, TV, affiliate). 

What You’ll Do

• Work alongside a dedicated internal performance marketing team at Yieldstreet, reporting to the Marketing Manager.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, data, tech, and product marketing teams to ensure well-rounded and successful campaigns.
• Become the point person on various media partnerships, coordinating timelines to acquire assets for upcoming campaigns and building relationships across the industry.
• Coordinate paid media campaigns, including paid social, paid ads, paid search, and display advertising.
• Provide media planning for upcoming campaigns (including but not limited to radio, podcasts, programmatic display, direct display, print, OOH, search, social, TV, affiliate), helping determine platforms to run on, audiences to target, creative strategies to implement, and help with any current in-house platforms by optimizing and managing live media.
• Analyze campaigns to ensure primary KPI goals are met

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 years experience in paid media. Experience in D2C technology or financial services company.
• Agency experience is a plus. 
• Experience using SEMRush & Ahrefs
• Strategic SEO mindset to own agency relationships 
• Experience managing SEO strategy is a plus
• Experience working w/ Marketing agencies to strategically execute Content briefs, Backlinking, Content Syndication, etc projects. Big plus for experience leading on your own.
• Working knowledge of a complete media mix and have experience working on a few different channels.

Compensation:

• HIRING SALARY RANGE: $85,000+ (Actual salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Compensation package also includes a generous bonus, benefits and equity.
