VENUES:                        The Oncenter & Empower FCU Amphitheater at Lakeview

SALARY:                          $20-$25/Hourly

THE ROLE

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for aiding in the creation and facilitation of revenue-focused campaigns including but not limited to social media, email, digital, and in-venue marketing. The Marketing Coordinator should be a professional, team-focused, positive individual and work to uphold the Legends Global Marketing Network standards of excellence under the guidance of the Marketing Manager. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the creation, execution, and distribution of digital and social content as well as graphics, sales collateral, and other materials to drive revenue generation for the venue. 

  • Work closely with marketing team in developing and executing strategies that drive ticket sales, premium seating sales, private event sales and other new revenue opportunities. 

  • Support in the creation, execution and optimization of dynamic email campaigns.

  • Assists in data tracking of all marketing-related efforts.

  • Support in creating marketing graphics using Canva and Adobe Photoshop. 

  • Organizes and executes media-related duties during events when required.

  • Maintains a high standard of professionalism, positive attitude, and professional appearance.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related area of study required 

  • 1-3 years’ experience

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Word.

  • Possess excellent time management and organizational skills. 

  • This individual has excellent written communication, proofreading and editing skills.

  • Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and nights and weekends when required.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally. 

COMPENSATION

Competitive salary, commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.
