As Marketing Coordinator at Courier Health, you will play a key role in planning and executing white-glove marketing events and experiences to build awareness and drive demand for the Courier Health Platform, the leading patient experience solution for the life science industry. This is a great role for someone looking to roll up their sleeves and gain a breadth of experience across the entire marketing function and funnel.

Responsibilities
  • Support marketing events, including researching sponsorship opportunities, managing logistics, attendee & speaker coordination, promotion, and sales/attendee prep and post-event follow-up.
  • Help support campaign execution across email, social, and other industry channels to drive quality lead generation and qualification.
  • Coordinate content creation (blogs, social posts) and help manage marketing assets to ensure brand consistency across teams and materials.
  • Research and identify opportunities for partnerships, awards, and thought leadership placements to grow brand presence.
  • Help track program performance (quantitative & qualitative) and provide recommendations for testing/optimizing.
  • Stay informed about industry news and trends, including leading-edge marketing tactics and AI technologies.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of professional experience in B2B marketing, preferably within SaaS, healthcare technology, or startup environments.
  • Experience using marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, early-stage setting, bringing creativity and initiative to new ideas.

The annual salary range for the target level for this role is $85,000 to $105,000 + equity + benefits, including medical, dental, and vision.
