The Marketing Coordinator will manage the website, create and execute social media campaigns, support software sales, and report on marketing performance.
We are looking for a motivated Marketing Coordinator to help grow our brand, promote our software products, and support sales through effective digital marketing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building websites, running social media campaigns, and turning marketing ideas into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update the company website (content, landing pages, basic SEO)
- Plan, create, and execute social media campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.)
- Create marketing content (posts, graphics, email campaigns, basic blog content)
- Support software sales through lead-generation campaigns and promotions
- Coordinate marketing campaigns from idea to launch and reporting
- Track and report on campaign performance (traffic, leads, conversions)
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging
- Assist with branding, product launches, and promotional materials
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role
- Experience managing websites (WordPress, Webflow, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and campaign management
- Basic understanding of software or SaaS marketing and sales funnels
- Familiarity with marketing tools (Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, social schedulers)
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Organized, creative, and results-driven
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing software or SaaS products
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, Figma)
- Experience with paid ads (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
- SEO or content marketing experience
