Join our Marketing team

We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to lead the execution of brand, marketing and fundraising initiatives across the Water.org Marketing team. This role bridges strategy and execution – managing timelines for multiple projects and collaborating with internal and external team members to ensure we operate efficiently and effectively.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, wants to change lives through their work, and is interested in working with a tenured team in a supportive remote work environment.

What you’ll do

Marketing Content 

  • Provide project management support for the execution of the brand-level annual content calendar and fundraising campaigns and promotions across all related tactics and channels, including social media, website, email marketing, and direct mail. This includes working closely with the internal creative team and external agency and contractor resources to develop core content (videos, photos, stories, long-form pieces, etc.) and published content (emails, social media posts, direct mail pieces, etc.) for all channels.
  • Manage process documentation and key resources like content libraries to create relevant content resources for internal and external use.
  • Support key elements of reporting.

Brand and Creative Resources 

  • Execute ongoing, quarterly and annual updates to communication resources, including creation and organization of content assets such as collateral, templates, slides and selected photos, videos, and stories.
  • Support the annual fact update and quarterly program stats update.
  • Project manage the internal team in its core function to serve as the central brand and creative resource for the organization.

Website Management

  • Serve as a content administrator for the website, including co-leading quarterly, annual, and ongoing updates.
  • Lead campaign-related website tactics.
  • Provide project management support for website projects as part of the annual website strategy.

Management Responsibility

  • Individual contributor with no subordinates.

Requirements

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent related working experience in marketing, communications and/or fundraising
  • Four years or more of relevant agency experience managing integrated marketing campaigns    
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite applications like Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
  • Proficiency (written and verbal) in English

Benefits

Salary/Benefits   

This position offers a base salary range of $65,000 -$70,000 . Base salary may be flexible based on skills, certifications, location and/or qualifications. In addition, this position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan up to 10%. This position offers full-time benefits inclusive of medical/dental insurance, life and disability insurance, retirement program, paid time off, paid holidays and more as well as periodic review for merit and incentive pay based on organizational and personal achievement.    

Being authorized to work in the country posted is a precondition of employment.
