Key Responsibilities
Integrated Campaign Strategy & Orchestration
● Own end-to-end integrated marketing strategy and planning for campaigns,
partnerships, tentpole moments, and always-on initiatives across Charitybuzz’s multi-
format ecosystem.
● Translate business objectives into clear, actionable campaign strategies and briefs
that define target audiences, customer insights, core narrative, messaging hierarchy,
channel roles, deliverables, launch timing, KPIs, and optimization plans.
● Develop and manage 360° campaign plans that connect paid, owned, earned,
partner, and on-site channels into one coordinated customer experience.

● Orchestrate integrated marketing activity across the full campaign lifecycle, aligning
channel sequencing, creative rotation, messaging, audience targeting, and customer
communications to maximize engagement, conversion, and overall campaign
performance.
● Lead cross-functional go-to-market planning and launch readiness for priority
initiatives, ensuring channel plans, creative assets, audience strategy, tracking, partner
deliverables, site experiences, and reporting are aligned before launch.
Marketing Planning & Operations
● Establish and continuously improve the integrated marketing operating model,
including campaign architecture and lifecycle, marketing calendars, briefing
standards, workflow processes, templates, approval paths, reporting cadences, and
governance.
● Maintain a portfolio-level view of campaigns and always-on marketing activity,
balancing organizational priorities, campaign dependencies, partner commitments,
customer communication cadence, creative capacity, and channel constraints to
ensure cohesive execution and an optimal customer experience.
● Own the integrated marketing calendar and ensure teams have visibility into key
launches, milestones, decision points, deliverables, and changing business priorities.
Brand, Creative & Content Strategy
● Balance performance-driven strategy with brand storytelling that inspires impact and
action.
● Collaborate with the creative team to ensure all campaigns reflect Charitybuzz’s
elevated brand identity, integrating our impact-driven value proposition while
ensuring creative concepts are on-brand, engaging, and tailored to our target
audience.
● Ensure consistency, cohesion, and excellence across all brand touchpoints,
maintaining a unified visual and verbal identity across channels.
● Develop strong creative briefs that connect business objectives, audience insight,
campaign narrative, messaging, channel requirements, and measurable success
criteria.
Growth Marketing & Acquisition
● Lead performance marketing strategy and execution across paid search, paid social,
affiliates, influencer marketing, retargeting, and emerging acquisition channels.
● Own media planning, budget allocation, audience strategy, agency and partner
management, and ongoing optimization to improve acquisition efficiency and return
on marketing investment.
● Partner with the analytics and data team to build dashboards and reports to monitor
performance and translate insights into actionable optimizations and growth
opportunities.
● Identify new audience segments, channels, and growth levers to expand reach,
awareness, and participation.
● Connect performance activity to broader campaign, brand, CRM, social, partnership,
and site strategies so paid media operates as part of a unified customer journey, not

as a standalone channel.
CRM and Retention
● Lead CRM, email, and lifecycle marketing strategy to deepen engagement, improve
conversion, increase retention, and grow customer lifetime value across bidders,
buyers, sweepstakes entrants, donors, and prospective customers.
● Partner with CRM and Data teams to define audience segmentation, personalization,
triggered journeys, re-engagement programs, campaign communication cadence,
and test-and-learn roadmaps.
Partnerships
● Lead integrated marketing strategy and activation for charity, celebrity, brand, media,
creator, influencer, and strategic partnerships, developing approaches that increase
visibility, cultural relevance, audience engagement, and revenue potential.
● Collaborate with Sales and channel leads to align partner narratives, campaign
concepts, audiences, assets, timing, deliverables, amplification plans, and
measurement.
● Ensure partner integrations uphold Charitybuzz’s brand standards while maximizing
visibility, cultural relevance, engagement, and revenue potential.
● Develop scalable go-to-market frameworks for recurring partner types, sweepstakes,
auctions, and brand collaborations.
● Identify opportunities for partners and channels to reinforce one another through
coordinated content, PR, social, CRM, paid media, influencer, and on-site activation.
Cross-Functional Leadership
● Act as a key connector across teams, ensuring alignment between marketing, sales,
and partnerships.
● Mentor and support junior team members to foster collaboration, creativity, and
accountability.
Measurement, Optimization

retention, and customer value.
● Partner with the Data team to build actionable dashboards and reporting that
provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and campaign-level visibility into performance.
Qualifications
● Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with demonstrated success managing
integrated campaigns, content strategy, and project execution across multiple
channels in a fast paced environment.
● Strong experience in DTC luxury, lifestyle, fashion, or beauty marketing preferred, with
an understanding of high-net-worth audiences and aspirational storytelling.
● Proven track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive
engagement, brand awareness, and revenue growth.

● Adept at working within evolving, entrepreneurial environments, balancing creativity
and agility with operational excellence.
● Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage
multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration; MBA or
advanced degree preferred.
● Strong analytical acumen and ability to translate performance insights into strategic
