  • Supporting partner outreach and collaborating with brand and creative partners to shape and refine event concepts that align with both their goals and NeueHouse’s vision.
  • Developing clear event briefs that define key details, objectives, and timelines, ensuring alignment across teams including Operations, Membership, and other cross-functional partners. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to execute events on schedule with a high level of precision and attention to detail.
  • Assisting in planning the email calendar and executing timely, high-quality email campaigns for event newsletters, member retargeting, and other initiatives.
  • Attending all NeueHouse events to capture photos, video, and other content for marketing channels.
  • Managing NeueHouse social media accounts, creating engaging, on-brand content and scheduling posts.
  • Tracking and reporting on marketing channel performance to inform strategy and optimize results.
  • Supporting PR outreach, creative asset production, and other marketing initiatives as needed.

What We Look For:

  • Experience managing digital and creative agencies to drive results and meet key metrics
  • Comfortable using social media management tools; familiarity with email platforms like HubSpot a plus
