Job Summary:

Lenox’s Marketing department is looking for an initiative-taking intern who will work on corporate and operational marketing initiatives as well as project-based assignments, that are designed to provide essential business insights and hands-on experience.


Job Accountabilities:

Primary responsibilities include the following:

  • Proficient in writing and editing
  • Pull and analyze website analytics
  • Assist in website scrubbing and data management
  • Work in conjunction with other NY based departments – procurement, HR, Integration - on marketing rollouts
  • Draft simple marketing plans and timelines
  • Build file structures and processes, clean up expired files/content
  • Ability to work quickly and manage multiple projects/deadlines at a time
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in writing and editing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented self-starter who can independently manage deadlines
  • Attention to detail and highly organized
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Ability to work autonomously and use critical thinking
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Education/Experience/License Requirements:

  • Rising senior of a four-year university preferred
  • Pursuing a degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related discipline
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in college, community, internship, etc

What We Offer:

Our PeopleFirst culture focuses on building and nurturing lifelong relationships with our employees because, at the end of the day, we exist to be there for others. The base salary range for this position is $20 – $27. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
