About the Role:
The Real Deal is seeking a strategic, organized, and creative Sales Marketing Manager to support and work in lockstep with our sales team. This person will be an extension of the sales team, responsible for building marketing materials, developing campaign strategies, and driving revenue through effective promotion of TRD’s advertising and event sponsorship offerings.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting our advertising sales team. This position will be instrumental in developing compelling sales materials, showcasing our advertising effectiveness, and driving revenue growth across our diverse media platforms. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership on developing & executing a marketing calendar to promote various products. This position will operate cross departmentally working with multiple departments such as sales, marketing, design and product teams. This role is ideal for a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for marketing and a strong understanding of the sales process.

Responsibilities:
Sales Marketing Support: Develop and execute asales marketing calendarthat outlines when advertising and event products need to be marketed. Develop and maintain a library of effective marketing collateral for the sales team, including one-sheets, media kits, landing pages, sales and exhibitor marketing emails, and other resources that clearly articulate our advertising and sponsorship offerings.
Pitch Execution Support: Provide active support in the execution of new business pitches, including preparing presentation materials, coordinating internal resources, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
Strategic Pitch Development: Partner with the advertising sales team to conceptualize and develop innovative and persuasive sales pitches, particularly for high-value opportunities or strategically important potential clients. This includes tailoring presentations, proposals, and other materials to specific client needs and objectives.
Case Study Creation and Organization: Collaborate with the sales, design, and web teams to develop compelling case studies that demonstrate the measurable success and impactful results achieved through past advertising campaigns across our print, digital, and event platforms. Proactively organize and categorize case studies by relevant industries and client verticals that the sales team is actively targeting, ensuring easy access to the most pertinent success stories.
Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in advertising and marketing to inform the development of innovative sales strategies and materials.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships with the sales, design, product, and web teams to ensure alignment and effective communication in the development and delivery of marketing materials.
Performance Tracking: Assist in tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing materials and sales pitches, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
      Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
      Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably supporting a sales team within a media or advertising environment.
      Strong understanding of integrated marketing solutions, including print, digital, and events.
      Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive marketing content.
      Proven ability to develop impactful presentations and sales materials.
      Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
      Proficiency in Google Office applications and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
      Familiarity with HubSpot and creativity tools, such as Canva or Figma, is a plus.
      Experience within the real estate industry is a plus.
      A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset.
