- Support BAU Invoice Operations: Oversee the global monthly payment pipeline for a core portfolio of digital marketing vendors. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely processing of 300+ monthly invoices, representing multi-million dollars in performance and brand marketing spend.
- Operational Automation: Proactively identify and execute opportunities to automate routine, manual billing tasks. You will leverage internal tools and process improvements to drive business efficiency and reduce operational friction.
- Strategic Vendor Management: Own the operational relationships with billing and finance contacts across our digital marketing vendor ecosystem. You will represent Client’s interests, ensuring strong working partnerships and maintaining a transparent, timely communication loop.
- Digital Ad Operations (AdOps) Specialists: Candidates who have managed ad accounts, user permissions, and budget tracking inside platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, or programmatic DSPs.
- Marketing Finance / Procurement Coordinators: Professionals who have sat inside a marketing org but specifically handled accounts payable (AP), invoice routing, purchase orders (POs), and vendor onboarding.
- High-performing coordinators with 3–4 years of heavy operational experience who are ready to take on a "Manager" title and can stretch into the scope.
Core Skill Competencies to Prioritize
- High-Volume Invoice & PO Management: Experience handling a high monthly volume of transactions. Look for candidates comfortable with corporate finance pipelines, expense matching, and variance reconciliation.
- Platform Governance & Access Control: Direct experience acting as an admin for enterprise tools. They must understand security levels (e.g., Owner, Admin, Read-Only) inside ad platforms or software suites to manage global team access and conduct compliance audits.
- Process Documentation / Knowledge Bases: Experience building clean SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), FAQs, or wikis (using tools like Notion, Confluence, or Google Docs) to act as a Single Source of Truth for global stakeholder inquiries.
- Must Have: Elite organization skills, advanced Excel/Google Sheets capabilities (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables for budget data), and clear, professional stakeholder communication to handle sensitive financial delays.
