Our Marketing team is looking to hire a professional to grow the Muuto brand in North America.  You will be an ambassador for our brand integrity, and will be working alongside the NA Sales Team and our HQ in Copenhagen to ensure brand recognition, inspiration and consistency.  Our overarching goal is to ensure ease of doing business within our Contract and Residential Furniture channels.

You are the link that ensures our brand is presented with clarity and that product information is always up to date. You will work both creatively with brand campaigns and in a structured way with data and coordination across marketing and commercial teams, making sure the right information reaches our partners. This gives you a varied and dynamic workday.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring brand standards and bringing our brand to life in all communication and activities

  • Support North American Sales team with targeted initiatives driving our business growth strategies

  • Build strong connections with key MillerKnoll stakeholders

  • Represent the North American market to key Muuto HQ stakeholders

  • Event planning and partnerships for the region

  • Market research & competitor analysis

  • Developing ideas for growth opportunities

Qualifications/Education:

  • 3-5 years of brand marketing experience, from adjacent industries with both B2B and B2C customers

  • Degree in Economics, or completed Design education with experience in growth marketing

  • Self-starter who can work independently, while part of a dynamic team

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Keen eye for aesthetics and interest in design, fashion, art and lifestyle

  • Available to travel internationally a minimum of two times per year

Compensation range for this role is $69,920.00 - $92,000.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
