We’re looking for a highly motivated and versatile Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Global Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Global Marketing Programs, you will play a crucial role in supporting various strategic marketing initiatives, including go-to-market and country launches, the creation and execution of office-related events, and the development of marketing campaigns in specialized markets. This role requires a proactive individual with a broad marketing skill set and the ability to manage diverse projects simultaneously in a fast-paced tech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Go-to-Market & Country Launches: Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product features and contribute to the marketing plans for country launches, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
  • Office-Related Events: Conceptualize, plan, and execute a variety of office-related events, including internal team gatherings, client visits, and potentially small-scale industry meetups hosted in our offices. This includes managing logistics, vendor relationships, and on-site execution.
  • Specialty Market Campaigns (Africa, Iceland and Israel Focus): Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns for specialized markets, with a particular focus on the EMEA region, considering local nuances and market opportunities. Other markets may also require support.
  • PR Support (Israel): Manage PR efforts with Head of Global Marketing Programs, CMO and CEO, including managing Israel based media. Collaborate with the global communications and PR team and potentially external agencies to provide support for public relations activities in Israel, where our corporate headquarters is located. This may include content adaptation, media outreach assistance, and internal communications support.
  • Content Writing: Create compelling and informative marketing content across various formats, including blog posts, website copy, email marketing materials, social media updates, and presentations, ensuring brand consistency and target audience relevance.
  • Product Marketing Support: Assist the Product Marketing team in the development and execution of product marketing initiatives, including the creation of product-related content, sales enablement materials, and participation in product launches notably for the launch of Rapyd’s Card Acquiring effort to occur in Israel in 2025.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Sales Development, Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts and alignment with overall business goals.
  • Support the measurement and analysis of marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets effectively for assigned responsibilities.
  • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience in a generalist role or with demonstrable experience across the responsibilities outlined above.
  • Proven experience in managing marketing projects, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience contributing to go-to-market strategies and/or supporting country launches is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute successful events, both large and small scale.
  • Experience developing and implementing marketing campaigns for diverse audiences, with specific experience in the African market being a significant advantage.
  • Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to create engaging marketing content.
  • Familiarity with the principles of product marketing and the ability to support product-related initiatives.
  • Excellent project management and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively across different teams and geographies.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hubspot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and other relevant marketing tools is a plus.
  • Creative problem-solver with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing trends and technologies.
