Marketing Manager 
Reporting to the Director of Ad Sales Marketing, this pivotal role serves as a cornerstone within the marketing team, actively contributing to the achievement of Screenvision Media's growth and revenue objectives. With a primary focus on supporting the Ad Sales organization, this position is instrumental in crafting and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive engagement and foster client relationships. Through collaborative efforts and innovative approaches, the Marketing Manager empowers the Ad Sales team to capitalize on market opportunities, ultimately propelling the company towards continued success in the dynamic media landscape. 

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Collaborate with the sales team: Work closely with the sales department to develop marketing strategies that align with their goals and objectives. This includes understanding their needs, providing them with the necessary materials and support, and continuously communicating to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales strategies. 
  • RFP (Request for Proposal) based work: Respond to RFPs from clients by creating compelling proposals that showcase the value of Screenvision Media's offerings. This involves understanding client requirements, crafting tailored solutions, and presenting them in a clear and persuasive manner to win business. 
  • Industry knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape within the media and advertising industry and the cinema sector. This includes monitoring industry publications, attending relevant conferences and events, and conducting market research to inform marketing strategies and initiatives. 
  • Develop marketing materials: Create a variety of marketing collateral such as presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and sales tools to support the sales team in their efforts to attract and retain clients. These materials should effectively communicate the value proposition of Screenvision Media's products and services to potential customers. 
  • Campaign/Sold sponsorship execution: Oversee the successful execution of sponsored campaigns or partnerships, ensuring all marketing aspects of the campaign are met. This involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to deliver on campaign objectives, overseeing the implementation of deal points, monitoring progress, and ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, analyzing campaign performance to identify areas for optimization and providing regular updates to stakeholders on the progress and results of the campaign. 
  • Brand management: Ensure consistency and coherence in the messaging, positioning, and visual identity of the Screenvision Media brand across all marketing materials. 
  • Relationship management: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including internal teams, clients, industry partners and media outlets. This involves regular communication, networking, and fostering positive interactions to enhance the reputation and visibility of Screenvision Media within the industry. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is essential to provide the foundational knowledge required for this role. 
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in business-to-business marketing, agency, or media roles, with a strong emphasis on creating and delivering impactful sales presentations, as well as fostering client relationships. Previous management experience is required to effectively lead and mentor a team. 
  • Creative Contribution: Demonstrated ability to actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance concepts, particularly in the context of Request for Proposals (RFPs), showcasing strategic and creative thinking. 
  • Tailored Marketing Strategies: Proficiency in developing tailored promotional/marketing packages for clients, showing the ability to understand client needs and create customized solutions to meet objectives effectively. 
  • Presentation Skills: Advanced skills in PowerPoint are necessary to independently create compelling pitch decks from scratch, crucial for delivering persuasive sales presentations and proposals. 
  • Design Proficiency: While not mandatory, graphic design skills are advantageous for enhancing the visual appeal and effectiveness of marketing materials. 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent business writing and oral communication skills are essential for effectively conveying ideas, proposals, and strategies to internal and external stakeholders, coupled with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities. 
  • Project Management: Strong background in managing multiple creative projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints, showcasing excellent organizational and resource management skills. 
  • Campaign Management: Proven ability to execute sold on-screen & experiential marketing campaigns, oversee creative asset delivery, manage post-sale communications with clients & external vendors, and ensure the successful implementation of all campaign elements. 
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to engage effectively with senior-level management both internally and externally, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for building and maintaining relationships. 
  • Business Development: Proven experience in new business development, illustrating a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities to drive growth and revenue. 
  • Media Expertise: A successful track record in product/media marketing, with expertise across various media types, is crucial. Experience in the CTV/OTT category is particularly beneficial, considering the company's focus and industry trends. 

 

Salary Range: 55,000 – 65,000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus Opportunity 
 
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training, and skill level.
