About the role:

  • As our Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll be the connective tissue between marketing creativity and business precision. You’ll build the systems, automations, and data flows that make our campaigns work—and explore how AI can make them work better.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day marketing automation operations—campaigns, forms, landing pages, and lead routing.
  •  Maintain and evolve our marketing technology stack, ensuring clean integrations between CRM (Salesforce), automation tools (HubSpot/Marketo), and analytics.
  •  Partner with demand gen, content, and product marketing teams to launch and optimize campaigns that move prospects through the funnel.
  •  Design and maintain lead scoring and journey frameworks to ensure Sales gets high- quality leads with full context.
  •  Build dashboards and reports that measure marketing performance, attribution, and ROI.
  •  Explore and implement AI tools to accelerate campaign creation, personalization, and data management.
  •  Serve as an internal expert on AI-enhanced workflows, championing new ways to work smarter and faster.
  •  Help shape how WorkSpan’s marketing team becomes an AI-first growth engine.

Qualifications:

  •  4+ years in marketing operations, growth marketing, or demand generation roles.
  •  Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent).
  •  Experience integrating with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  •  Strong analytical and technical abilities—comfortable building workflows, managing
    data, and troubleshooting integrations.
  •  Familiarity with UTM tracking, attribution, and funnel reporting.
  •  Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic API/webhook logic.
  •  Hands-on experience with or interest in AI tools for campaign support (e.g., ChatGPT,
    Jasper, HubSpot AI, Copy.ai, etc.).
  •  Excellent communication and collaboration skills—especially across technical and
    creative functions.
