Own end-to-end production of a high-volume webinar program (~40/month) and coordinate ~4 in-person events/month. About Manifest:

Manifest O.S. is an AI-native company on a mission to replace the billable hour and make legal services more accessible for American businesses and consumers. We power the next generation of AI-native law firms with one unified global brand, a proprietary technology platform, and a centralized back office — enabling lawyers to eliminate the administrative burden and focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for their clients. Backed by leading venture investors, Manifest O.S. is scaling rapidly.

About The Team:

You'll be joining our growth team that focuses on building authentic connections with individuals navigating complex immigration journeys. We're a tight-knit group of 8-12 people who believe in the power of human connection and community-building to help people find the legal support they need. The team collaborates closely with sales, product, and customer success to create seamless experiences that genuinely serve our audience.

About The Role:

You bring 3–5 years of marketing operations, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing experience at a B2C company — ideally in fintech, healthcare, legal, or financial services. You've owned a webinar program end-to-end and treat it as a growth channel, not a series of one-off events. You're hands-on with webinar platforms (Zoom, Goldcast, On24, or similar), HubSpot or Marketo, and comfortable enough in SQL or a BI tool to pull your own data. You're equally rigorous running a 500-person webinar and a 30-person partner dinner, and you understand the nuances of building authentic connections with multicultural audiences.

What You'll Do:

Webinar Program (~75%)

  • Own end-to-end production of ~40 webinars/month: topics, speakers, platform setup, dry runs, moderation, and post-event nurture

  • Manage the martech stack: webinar platform, HubSpot/Marketo lead flow, UTM tracking, attribution, and lead routing

  • Partner with growth on promotion and report on the full funnel: registration → attendance → MQL → consult → revenue

  • Coordinate speakers across internal experts, attorneys, and community partners — including programming for Chinese, Brazilian, Colombian, Russian, and other immigrant audiences

  • Build the repeatable playbook that lets us scale cadence without sacrificing quality

In-Person Events (~25%)

  • Coordinate ~4 in-person events/month: community meetups, partner dinners, conference presence, and immigration workshops

  • Own logistics end-to-end: venue, vendors, AV, registration, run-of-show, and post-event follow-up

  • Track event ROI alongside the webinar funnel — registrations, attendance, leads, pipeline contribution

This is For You If...

You're an operator who loves clean attribution, dialed-in speaker prep, and day-of execution that feels boring because everything was built right. You're comfortable being the most technical person in the events meeting and the most events-fluent person in the marketing ops meeting. You care about the communities you're serving and want real channel ownership with a direct line to the Head of Growth.

Not For You If...

You want strategy without execution, need a fully built playbook to start, or view webinars as logistics work beneath you. This role is also in-office in NYC five days a week.
