About the company

Braintrust is the agent observability platform. By actively applying intelligence to agent traces and automatically surfacing the most critical patterns, Braintrust gives teams the visibility to understand how agents behave in production and the tools to improve them.
Teams at Notion, Stripe, Box, OpenAI, and Cloudflare use Braintrust to trace their agents, find the issues in their observability data, and run evals that tell them how to improve.

What You’ll Do
  • Own how we convert demand into pipeline: Define who we target, when we engage, and how leads move through Marketing → SDR → Sales.

  • Design lifecycle, routing, and scoring systems: Build and evolve the logic for MQLs, PQLs, ICP segmentation, and lead routing to maximize conversion.

  • Own how we engage prospects and customers: Design the systems and timing for outreach across lifecycle stages and account segments.

  • Turn signals into GTM actions: Translate product, intent, and campaign signals into outbound, nurture, and sales handoffs.

  • Drive funnel performance and insights: Identify gaps, improve conversion, and ensure we have clear visibility into what drives pipeline and ROI.

  • Make GTM workflows automated and AI-driven: Reduce manual work by building scalable, automated systems for campaigns, events, and lifecycle.

  • Partner across GTM to build and scale systems: Work with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Engineering to align execution, measurement, and planning.

  • Act as a senior operator and partner to marketing leadership: Own outcomes, influence strategy, and help scale the function as we grow.

What You’ll Bring
  • 7–10+ years of experience in Marketing Ops, Growth Ops, or Revenue Operations in high-growth B2B SaaS.

  • Proven experience building and scaling marketing ops systems at a company that has grown meaningfully (e.g., $10M → $50M+ ARR or similar).

  • Player-coach builder: You’ve designed and implemented lifecycle systems, routing, scoring, and automation yourself, and are comfortable owning outcomes while staying hands-on in the tools day-to-day.

  • Experience operating at scale: You’ve supported a growing GTM org and know how to design systems that don’t break as volume increases.

  • Strong technical skills across automation, workflows, integrations, and marketing systems (CRM, lifecycle tools, enrichment, etc.).

  • Experience translating data and signals into actionable GTM programs, not just reporting.

  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools, and a point of view on how to apply them to GTM workflows.

  • Strong stakeholder management: Able to partner closely with marketing leadership and influence decisions.

  • PLG or hybrid PLG/SLG experience strongly preferred.

Benefits include
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • Daily lunch, snacks, and beverages

  • Flexible time off

  • Competitive salary and equity

  • Wifi & cellphone stipend
