As Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining our CRM & marketing automation platform, measuring and optimizing campaigns, and collaborating cross-functionally to maximize marketing and sales handoff and engagement. We are looking for someone who combines data-driven strategy and creative problem-solving to drive growth across our target segments and marketing channels.
Please note that this is an in-office role located at Courier Health HQ in New York City.
Responsibilities- Administer and optimize key marketing technology platforms, including HubSpot, Webflow, and AI tools to improve audience segmentation, data flow, outreach, and measurement.
- Assist with the planning, setup, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns across email, industry and owned events, paid social, and industry channels.
- Maintain clean and organized marketing and sales databases, providing regular insights to measure lead quality, campaign ROI, pipeline contribution and to identify areas of opportunity.
- Partner across Marketing, Sales, and Client Solutions to optimize lead qualification, sales enablement, and overall customer journey strategies to ensure consistent execution.
- Build and maintain marketing KPIs and reports to help understand marketing performance, pipeline contribution, and campaign impact.
- Develop and refine marketing operations processes, including lead scoring, nurture workflows, funnel optimization, and AI adoption to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Jump in to support various marketing programs as needed, bringing a creative, problem-solving mindset to our dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing operations or automation, preferably at a B2B tech company
- Strong experience administering and optimizing HubSpot for sales CRM and marketing automation, as well as Google Analytics
- Deep understanding of leading-edge marketing tactics and AI technologies
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and turning insights into action
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple project simultaneously and operating in ambiguity
- Experience with Webflow, Office 365, and Notion preferred

The annual salary range for the target level for this role is $110,000-$150,000 + equity + benefits, including medical, dental, and vision.
