About the role

As the Marketing & Partnerships Manager, New York at Wheely, you will be a founding member of Wheely's New York growth team and play a key role in accelerating the company's expansion in the market.

Working closely with the General Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing strategic partnerships that introduce Wheely to high-value consumers and drive first journeys. You will represent the brand across New York's luxury ecosystem, building relationships with leading hospitality groups, private aviation companies, members' clubs, residential developments, cultural institutions, luxury brands, and other premium partners.

This role requires a highly commercial mindset and strong relationship-building skills. You will take ownership of the partnership pipeline, develop creative growth opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and help establish Wheely as the preferred chauffeur service for New York's most discerning consumers.

Responsibilities
  • Own the development and execution of Wheely's local partnerships strategy, with a focus on driving passenger acquisition and market growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across luxury hospitality, private aviation, members' clubs, real estate, lifestyle, and cultural organizations
  • Identify, structure, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships that generate measurable business impact
  • Develop partnership proposals, commercial models, and growth initiatives tailored to each opportunity
  • Represent Wheely at industry events, networking functions, and other opportunities to expand the company's presence in New York
  • Work cross-functionally with local and global teams to ensure partnerships are successfully launched and positioned for long-term success
  • Track and analyze partnership performance, using data to optimize acquisition and engagement outcomes
  • Serve as a key external ambassador for the Wheely brand, maintaining relationships with influential stakeholders across the market
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, marketing, or related commercial roles in one of the following industries
    • Luxury hospitality
    • Private aviation
    • Members' clubs
    • Luxury travel and lifestyle brands
    • Luxury concierge and client services
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and closing strategic partnerships
  • Established network within New York's luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, or premium consumer sectors
  • Strong commercial instincts with the ability to identify opportunities and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable operating independently in a fast-growing environment
  • Experience working with premium or luxury brands is strongly preferred

  • Number and quality of strategic partnerships secured
  • Passenger acquisition and ‘first journeys’ through partnership channels
  • Revenue generated through partnership-driven activity
