What You’ll Do
No two days look the same. You'll help bring Bohler's marketing strategy to life through a variety of initiatives, including:
- Planning and coordinating regional events, sponsorships, and marketing campaigns
- Partnering with our communications team in creating engaging content for social media, email marketing, blogs, and case studies
- Developing brand messaging that resonates with clients and supports business growth
- Researching target markets, industry trends, and competitive insights to identify new opportunities
- Leveraging AI tools and emerging marketing technologies to streamline workflows, enhance content, and improve marketing effectiveness
- Collaborating with teammates across Marketing and Communications to execute integrated campaigns
- Supporting proposal development and marketing materials when needed

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of marketing experience; AEC industry experience required
- Proficient in InDesign
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A creative mindset backed by curiosity, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous improvement

Pay Transparency
Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience. The base pay range for this role is $80,000 – $98,000 per year.
