As a Marketing Associate in J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, you will work closely with our immediate team, and partner with other colleagues across the Wealth Management Marketing and Wealth Management Content & Communications organizations to deliver value related programs, client-centric collateral and new tools that help our advisors grow their business.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the VP of Client Marketing in delivering effective, strategic plans around client facing content and collateral for JPMA advisors and clients to help drive brand awareness and engagement
- Own the end to end project management delivery of all client marketing collateral, both print and digital, such as one pagers, brochures, presentations, internal sales enablement tools, guides, etc.
- Help support in the development, implementation and launch the Content Management System, Seismic, across the U.S. Wealth Management business.
- Pull together briefs for creative agencies and business cases, socializing details and approach in various forums.
- Work closely with product specialists and business stakeholders to coordinate on new collateral requests and ongoing updates
- Collaborate with partners across Marketing Delivery, Legal, Brand, Content, Product, Controls, Compliance, freelancers, etc., to see all deliverables through, adapting scopes, timelines and details for a fast-paced, yet at-times, changing environments
- Coordinate on several key client marketing initiatives, such as the launch of 3 rd party applications like Seismic, ongoing welcome communication mailing for newly onboarded JPMA clients, managing the day to day tasks to keep the project moving forward
- Manage branded merchandise inventory, such as premium gifts and promotional items.
- Own vendor relationships as it relates to printed inventory and branded merchandise including proactively monitoring inventory levels and initiating reprints, re-orders as necessary.
- Developing new processes to better host and organize our collateral and branded items to help drive efficient workflows and continuously find ways to promote collateral and materials to sales teams
- Prepare activity reports to showcase usage of this content, collateral and programs for future success
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- At least 2 years of entry level marketing experience, ideally in an advisor channel within wealth management or other B2B2C or sales/marketing organization.
- Organization, detail-oriented, ability to manage multiple projects at once, with agility to pivot and multi-task between projects, deliverables and timelines; and flexibility to adapt to a constantly changing environment
- Experience in working cross-functionally and collaborating with team members across the organization at all levels
- Experience ideally in Seismic or other Content Management Systems,
- Self- starter mentality who takes personal initiative and ownership
- Curious with a desire to continuously improve and seek enhanced ways to deliver more value
- Polished and able to flex communication style based on audience and stakeholders
- Experience and preferably proficient in Microsoft Office - including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's Degree required
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Experience in the financial and wealth management industries
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Experience driving complex projects through to completion a plus.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
