The Consumer Bank Marketing Acquisition team is responsible for developing and leading integrated marketing campaigns designed to profitably acquire primary bank relationships and grow share of wallet. 

As a Marketing Strategy Senior Associate on the Consumer Bank Acquisition Marketing team, your role will involve supporting marketing programs designed to drive profitable growth in new-to-deposit households through campaigns across both paid and owned channels. You will be instrumental in developing strategic marketing plans that leverage data for measurable outcomes, while effectively navigating a complex organizational structure to influence and gain consensus. Additionally, you will work closely with various departments to strategize audience targeting and channel approaches, and partner with analytics teams to assess performance and profitability.

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic marketing plans using data to achieve measurable results.
  • Navigate a matrixed organization to influence partners, build consensus, and collaborate on audience targeting, channel strategies, and creative execution.
  • Utilize data and analytics to understand performance, test results, and profitability.
  • Act as a thought leader to persuade and educate across the organization.
  • Support forecasting, performance reporting, and test result analysis.
  • Create templates and processes to streamline execution.
  • Support the launch of new initiatives and programs.
  • Contribute to the program roadmap and explore new testing opportunities.
  • Proactively address needs using a structured problem-solving framework.
  • Present strategy and performance updates.
  • Collaborate with analytics to drive marketing decisions and optimize performance. 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • 5+ years in marketing, with expertise in performance marketing.
  • Experience using, building , and implementing agentic AI workflows to drive efficiency
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Supports roadmap development and test-and-learn strategies.
  • Strong collaborator and recognized team player.
  • Analytical, creative problem-solver who leverages Excel and data to diagnose issues, model scenarios, and estimate outcomes.
  • Focused on achieving quantifiable business results through marketing.
  • Detail-oriented with a proven ability to take initiative.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and navigating in the gray to develop new strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Financial services industry experience preferred.
  • Skilled working in a highly matrixed organization and using data to influence stakeholders and partners.
