About the Role

The Twill Care platform is a product within the Twill portfolio focused on helping individuals living with chronic conditions find the resources, information and support to improve their mental and physical health. Reporting to the Director of Lifecycle Marketing, this position will help members stay on track to reach their goals through strategizing, building, and testing cross-channel and cross-product campaigns that meaningfully engage and retain members throughout their Twill  journey. You will work to optimize our current lifecycle efforts (email, push, IAM and more) as well as create new touch points across our Twill products—a critical effort that will position the team for long-term success. In this role, you will focus on the daily operations needed to successfully deploy member messaging programs and scale our communities and platforms.

This role will need to be both strategic and tactical. You’ll be responsible for developing campaigns, segments and lifecycle communication journeys. We’ll look to you to put on your creative glasses and work with our Brand team to build beautiful emails our users will engage with. To be successful in this position, you’ll also have to demonstrate accuracy (in building campaigns, quality assurance, deploying campaigns, and reporting) and meet utilization goals. We’re looking for an engagement and retention obsessed email marketer.

You are a patient-centric and data-driven person, with an eye for engaging users. You have experience in direct-to-consumer marketing and engagement strategies as well as analytics. You have the ability to switch from project management, to creative ideation and development to analyzing email metrics to optimizing initiatives. You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and can work collaboratively and cross-functionally with remote teams.

Twill has offices in New York and Massachusetts, but this role welcomes remote candidates. #LI-Remote

Responsibilities

  • Craft behavior-driven, cross-channel campaigns (mostly push notifications, emails, and in-app messages) at scale to drive patient engagement across our products, program adherence, and to mitigate churn in order to help Twill Care members achieve their health goals.
  • Reporting into Director of Lifecycle Marketing, DTC you'll work cross-functionally with key partners in product, content, social, and data analytics to inform, execute, and evolve the Twill Care email engagement and retention strategy to meet KPIs.
  • You will build, send, and monitor email, push, and in-app messages and templates within the Braze platform.
  • Complete quality assurance checks on every messaging campaign.
  • Deploy messaging campaigns to appropriate audiences.
  • Collaborate and contribute ideas at marketing and product planning meetings.
  • Develop and document efficiencies in current and future processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or other relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience in email, mobile, engagement marketing.
  • You are equal parts strategic and operational, having experience designing complex automated notification and email journeys that move metrics.
  • Experience analyzing marketing campaigns, running A/B tests and providing actionable recommendations.
  • App engagement expertise and knowledge of channel-specific best practices and benchmarks.
  • Experience with HTML and common integration partners (MixPanel, Amplitude, Tableau, etc.).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills and exemplary attention to detail.
  • Excellent logical reasoning and analytical skills to effectively assess and communicate metrics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical, and mission-focused environment.

The base salary range for this position is $95,000 to $105,000/year. In addition to base salary, Twill offers equity, benefits, and perks as part of the total compensation package.
