Noom is a leading global digital health company focused on helping people live healthier lives through behavior change. We’re a mission-driven, high-growth organization that’s powered by science, technology, and world-class talent.

Our Communications Team is seeking an Executive Communications Lead to help our team raise the bar and amplify the story of Noom’s Executive Team. Though our goals are lofty, we’ve accumulated the talent and skills needed to help us make them a reality — all that’s missing is you.

What You'll Do

  • Create executive communications strategies, starting with plans for three of Noom’s leaders: CEO, President, and Chief Psychology Officer.
  • Deliver content and messaging, articulating a POV for each executive that complements the Noom story.
  • Create and execute against a social media strategy that amplifies these storylines across platforms like Linkedin and Twitter, working in partnership with Noom’s Brand and Social teams.
  • Prepare and manage monthly editorial calendars of planned executive content anchored around Noom milestones and moments, in partnership with Brand, People and Talent teams.
  • Research, write, edit, and publish long and short form content that’s timely, relevant, and on-message.
  • Search for and develop storylines that are of the moment and culturally relevant, and identify opportunities for Noom’s executives to participate in opportunistic trending conversations and respond to third-party commentary.
  • Write, edit, and distribute executive communications through internal channels with impeccable accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure all drafted communications are accurate and on-brand with appropriate clearances.
  • Develop a relevant set of metrics to evaluate success, and report on performance of posts and campaigns.
  • Manage agency partners on select digital strategies and campaigns.

What We Look For

  • 6+ years of experience in a corporate communications, journalism, public relations, or internal communications role.
  • Strong social media experience, particularly in an agency role servicing multiple high-visibility clients.
  • Experience with fast-paced communications environments where accuracy and an ability to meet deadlines is essential.
  • Experience writing impactful pieces of content that are culturally relevant and sensitive to audience diversity and variety of points of view.
  • Strong judgement, with the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and against tight deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and outstanding listening skills.
  • Excellent cross-functional work skills and the ability to build coalitions around long-term goals.
  • Highly computer and Internet literate, with strong understanding of Google Suite, Slack and Zoom, and social listening and sharing tools.
