The Role:

We are looking for an exceptional marketing leader to join our high-performing team as our VP of Marketing. The VP of Marketing will be a member of the RippleMatch leadership team and report directly to the CEO. 

What You’ll Do:

As the leader of our marketing organization and a member of the executive team, you will be responsible for building and owning marketing at RippleMatch. You will build our ABM strategy, own the top of the funnel number for RippleMatch, and orchestrate our marketing efforts for both prospective and existing customers across multiple parts of the internal organization. You will grow and lead a happy and productive team and foster a results-oriented marketing culture. You will own RippleMatch's long term brand, balancing short term opportunity with long term vision.

Who You Are: 

• A marketing professional with experience working within companies selling enterprise B2B SaaS products 
• A subject matter expert with broad understanding of multiple facets of marketing, including Brand Development, Account-Based Marketing, Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, Content and more  
• A results-oriented thinker who has a history of successfully meeting demand generation quotas on a regular basis
• An experienced leader comfortable with presenting and reporting progress to the Board of Directors on a consistent basis 
• A doer ready to dive into the fast-paced work of a high-growth startup 
• A deeply empathetic leader capable of building deep relationships, putting people first, and successfully managing and building teams
• A hard-worker dedicated to producing excellent results at an efficient pace 
• An excellent storyteller, communicator and collaborator by trade
• A job seeker looking to work at least part-time in a NYC-headquartered office

RippleMatch is a remote-first company. We believe in helping to shape the future of work and creating accessibility to a great working environment for all, regardless of location. This means that all of our openings can be worked remotely. Our physical office is conveniently located near Union Square in New York City and all employees keep Eastern hours regardless of where they are based. All RippleMatch employees are encouraged to work remotely or come into the office as much as they want or not at all.
